Ana began training in Jiu-Jitsu in 2023 when she was seeking a new challenge. As a long-time yoga practitioner and instructor, she draws from her knowledge of body mechanics and movement to inform her approach to jiu jitsu. Ana's teaching style is rooted in strong fundamentals, technical precision, and efficient movement. She aims to help others build and refine a solid foundation by helping them understand how and why techniques work. Ana firmly believes in the importance of a supportive community on the mats and is excited not only to contribute to but also to continue learning from her fellow Jiujiteiros.
