Welcome to Dynasty Martial Arts (“DMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, registering for programs, attending classes, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Martial arts, fitness training, and related activities involve physical contact and inherent risk of injury.

By participating in any Dynasty Martial Arts classes, events, camps, seminars, competitions, or activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.

Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • They are physically capable of participating

  • They assume all risks associated with training and participation

Dynasty Martial Arts is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation except where required by law.

2. Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Consulting a physician before participation if needed

  • Informing staff of medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations

  • Providing emergency contact information

In the event of an emergency, DMA staff may seek medical assistance on behalf of the participant.

3. Memberships & Tuition

By enrolling in a membership or program, you agree to the following:

Billing

  • Tuition invoices are typically issued in advance

  • Payments are due according to your membership agreement

  • Late or failed payments may result in fees or suspended training access

No Refund Policy

Tuition, registration fees, seminars, camps, merchandise, testing fees, and event payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Membership Changes

Membership upgrades, freezes, cancellations, or changes must follow DMA policies and may require written notice.

4. Freeze & Cancellation Policies

Students may request a membership freeze subject to current DMA policies and applicable fees.

Cancelling a membership may result in:

  • Loss of grandfathered pricing

  • Re-registration fees upon return

  • Immediate termination of training access at the end of the billing period

Specific membership agreements may contain additional terms.

5. Student Conduct

Dynasty Martial Arts reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for:

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Bullying or harassment

  • Repeated disruption

  • Disrespect toward staff or students

  • Failure to follow academy rules

DMA strives to maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment.

6. Media Release

By attending classes or events, participants may appear in:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Social media content

  • Promotional materials

  • Livestreams

Unless a written opt-out request is submitted, Dynasty Martial Arts may use this content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and materials remain the property of Dynasty Martial Arts unless otherwise stated.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Payment processors

  • Scheduling systems

  • Membership software

  • Analytics providers

  • Communication platforms

Dynasty Martial Arts is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.

9. SMS & Email Communications

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty Martial Arts, its owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, and volunteers shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Property loss

  • Damages

  • Delays

  • Interruptions of service

Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own risk.

11. Changes to Programs & Schedules

DMA reserves the right to:

  • Modify schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Adjust pricing

  • Cancel classes or events

  • Update policies

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate major changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

13. Updates to Terms

Dynasty Martial Arts may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
