Professor Jose

José Urbina was born in New York and raised in South Jersey where he trained in boxing and became the 129lb champ. During his year in the Navy, José was involved in wrestling, bodybuilding, powerlifting, Judô and also became a close combat instructor.

In 2016, “Tio” Jose started his journey into Jiu Jitsu and continues his studies at North Park Jiu Jitsu, while working as Head Instructor at Dynasty Martial Arts.
