I believe martial arts is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I fell in love with Jiu-Jitsu and it's complexity from the very first class I took in 2024. I find Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a way to escape the stress of daily life and a great way to get in shape. I look forward to progressing as a competitor and coach.
